For 20 years iNTERFACEWARE has been a leader in healthcare integration. As standards have evolved, so too has our tooling and support for the latest market trends.
The process of caring for a patient has become increasingly complex. More and more patients are relying on multiple care providers, therefore making it imperative for healthcare organizations to be able to send and receive electronic patient data in a timely manner. iNTERFACEWARE plays a key part in these complex care coordination scenarios, working with HIEs, e-referral programs, and telemedicine platforms worldwide.
With evolving care processes also comes evolving data standards. FHIR is the next step in the development of healthcare data standards and iNTERFACEWARE has been at the forefront of developing integration solutions with it. From telemedicine, to e-referrals, to machine learning, iNTERFACEWARE has implemented production ready FHIR solutions worldwide, allowing care providers to use their data more effectively.
To improve the user experience when working with FHIR, we’ve expanded the functionality of the Translator in our Iguana integration engine to include an API Designer. This designer enables users to build custom APIs to work with FHIR, as well as create APIs with custom data models. Born out of our considerable experience working with FHIR, the aforementioned tools will save developers significant time when building interfaces that use FHIR while also improving both the usability and effectiveness of those interfaces.
If you want to hear more about how iNTERFACEWARE is changing the way the industry is using FHIR, we’re going to be talking about it at the HL7 FHIR Roundtable discussion in New Orleans on December 7th. If you’re not able to make it, send us any questions you have and we’d be happy to chat with you.
