With 2016 coming to an end, the team at iNTERFACEWARE wanted to take a brief moment to reflect on the year and talk a bit about why we are so excited for 2017.
This year was another successful one for iNTERFACEWARE and our customers.
Internally, we have expanded our professional service offerings to help our customers get the most out of Iguana. We have always thought of our team here at iNTERFACEWARE as a close, tight knit family and we see our customers as an extension of that family. And why wouldn’t we? After all, nearly 50% of our customers have been with us for over 10 years. With that in mind, we have listened to feedback from our customers who need help managing their integrations or simply don’t have the time or resources to complete a project.
So we’re here to help! Over the past year, we’ve outfitted our professional services team with some of the smartest integration engineers and interface analysts in the industry. These hard-working, friendly, and dare I say handsome gentlemen, are ready to assist you with: on-site installation and configuration, interface development and testing, product upgrades, consulting and interface analysis, high availability solutions, and much more. So if you need help with a project, or simply want to chat about your workflow, don’t hesitate to contact them for a chat. At the very least, you’re likely to hear a witty pun from our resident comedian (or so he thinks), Pearce, who also did a fantastic job hosting the Iguana User Conference this year.
Speaking of the Iguana User Conference, the event was once again one of the biggest highlights of the year for us. This year’s user conference took place in our hometown, Toronto, Canada on September 21st and 22nd. From the great presentations and networking activities to the beautiful night at the CN Tower, we hope that everyone who came out enjoyed themselves.
So what do have in store for 2017?
Next year is a big milestone for this company – it will mark 20 years since iNTERFACEWARE opened its doors. We have always been passionate about helping our partners with their integration needs because they have the same goals that we do – improving communication within the healthcare field and creating better outcomes for patients. Those goals are what inspired our CEO, Eliot Muir, to start this company two decades ago and they remain the driving force behind everything we do here at iNTERFACEWARE.
The first big event we’ll be attending in 2017 is HIMSS, from February 19th-23rd in Orlando. Needless to say, most of our staff is looking forward to escaping the cold Canadian winter, even if it’s just for a few days. So if you’re attending HIMSS this year, stop by and say hi! We’ll have some fun activities to do and cool swag to give away, or if you’re interested in chatting about your integration projects and workflows, members of our professionals services and product development teams will be on hand to talk.
