Hi Ruth,

We definitely recommend you follow the instructions for installing a dual instance of Iguana 4.0 - Upgrading a Production Machine - the same way as recommended for Iguana 3.3.2 production upgrades. For development machines, you can simply run the installer and it will automatically upgrade your channel configuration files to the new format - Upgrading a Development Machine

Hope that helps.

Hi,
Our production system is currently running iguana 3.2.155 and we're thinking of upgrading to 4 in the near future. Is there a direct path upgrade from versions later then 3.3. Our production system is full 24/7 so downtime must be minimum.

Thanks,
Ruth
